Laurie has held seminars for a variety of groups on the topics of mediation and effective communication. In the Mediation seminar, your business or group will learn more about the many benefits of mediation. In the Effective Communication at Work, Home, and in the Courts seminar, attendees learn how to remove barriers to effective communication from their conversations. Attendees also learn how to effectively communicate their needs so that their needs are met. Communication seminars are tailored to meet the individual needs of the organization.

Laurie was also the Northeast Ohio representative for the Ohio panel of Ask the Experts: Professional Mediator Forum at the Annual Conference and Training Event of the Mediation Association of Northeast Ohio.
